The Testimonials widget displays customer reviews on the Thank You page to reinforce purchase confidence and build social proof. This page covers every setting on the widget. Add the widget from the Thank You Page section of your funnel by clicking Add Widget and selecting Testimonials.

Connect a review app

Testimonials on the Thank You page use Flex Testimonials, which pulls reviews directly from your connected review app. To use this widget, you must first configure your review app credentials in Settings > Product Reviews. Supported apps include Judge.me, Klaviyo, Okendo, and Yotpo. For full details on connecting your review app, see Checkout widget types - Testimonials.

Selection modes

Flex Testimonials offers two selection modes:
  • Manual selection - Choose specific reviews to display
  • Dynamic - Automatically fetch and display reviews based on products in the customer’s order
In dynamic mode, reviews are imported from your review app and refreshed weekly. To import reviews immediately, go to Settings > Product Reviews and click Sync now.

Display settings

You can configure:
  • Maximum reviews to show - Control how many reviews appear
  • Display type - Choose between horizontal carousel or vertical stack layout
  • Minimum rating - Set the minimum star rating for reviews to display
  • Truncate review text after (optional) - Set a maximum character length for review text
