Add FAQ items
- Click Add FAQ Item.
- Enter your question text.
- Enter your answer text.
- Repeat for additional FAQ items.
- Reorder items by dragging and dropping.
- Click Save.
FAQ widget (Thank You Page)
Configure the Thank You Page FAQ widget in Aftersell to answer common customer questions right after checkout.
The FAQ widget displays common questions and answers on the Thank You page to reduce post-purchase support requests. This page covers every setting on the widget. For the full funnel setup and Shopify editor steps, see How to configure thank-you page widgets.
Add the widget from the Thank You Page section of your funnel by clicking Add Widget and selecting FAQs.
