What Is This?

We’ve introduced a new plan that helps offset your Aftersell subscription using your Rokt Thanks earnings. In simple terms, the more you earn through Rokt Thanks, the less you pay for Aftersell. If your earnings are high enough, your subscription cost could even be reduced to $0 for that month. Here’s how it works:
  • You enable Rokt Thanks on your store
  • You start earning revenue from Rokt Thanks offers
  • Your Aftersell subscription cost is reduced based on those earnings
  • You still receive your Rokt Thanks earnings as part of your payout
Most merchants earn around $0.30–$0.50 per transaction through Rokt Thanks. This isn’t a trial. As long as Rokt Thanks stays active, your subscription will continue to be offset based on your performance.

Am I Eligible?

To access this plan, you’ll need to meet both of the following: 1. Your store location
You must be based in:
  • United States
  • Canada
  • United Kingdom
  • Australia
2. Your order volume
You need at least 1,000 monthly orders
If you don’t meet both criteria, you’ll still have access to our standard paid plans.

How It Works

If You’re New (or Reinstalling)

When you install Aftersell, you’ll see two plan options:
  • The Rokt Thanks offset plan
  • The standard paid plan
If you choose the offset plan:
  • You’ll be guided through setting up Rokt Thanks
  • Once it’s live, you can start earning and receiving billing offsets
If you choose the standard plan:
  • You may still see reminders in the app to switch later.

If You’re Already Using Aftersell

If you’re eligible, you’ll see a prompt in the app introducing this plan. If you accept:
  • You’ll be guided to enable Rokt Thanks
  • Your future billing will be adjusted based on your earnings
If you’re already using Rokt Thanks:
  • You’ll automatically be moved to the new plan
  • Your billing will adjust accordingly

How Billing Works

Your subscription cost is reduced based on your Rokt Thanks earnings. Here’s the breakdown:
  • Rokt Thanks Revenue will be paid out to you
  • Also applied as a discount to your Aftersell bill

Example 1

If your plan is $100/month and you earn $50:
  • Your bill is reduced to $50
  • You still receive the $50 in your payout

Example 2

If your plan is $54.99 and you earn $20:
  • Your bill becomes $34.99
  • The $20 still goes toward your payout

Can my bill be $0?

Yes, it’s possible. If your Rokt Thanks earnings fully cover your subscription, your bill can be reduced to $0 for that month. That said, this depends on your performance. You should expect your bill to be reduced, but not always fully eliminated.

FAQ’s

“I didn’t see this plan option”

This usually comes down to eligibility. Make sure your store is in a supported region and has 1,000+ monthly orders.

“I accepted the plan but my bill didn’t change”

Make sure Rokt Thanks is fully set up and active. The discount only applies when it’s enabled and generating earnings.

“I closed the offer by accident”

You can find the offer again on your Billing page inside Aftersell.

“What happens if I turn off Rokt Thanks?”

If Rokt Thanks is disabled, your billing will return to the standard subscription rate. You can always re-enable it to start offsetting your costs again.

“Why isn’t my bill $0?”

Your bill is reduced based on your earnings. If your Rokt Thanks revenue doesn’t fully cover your subscription for that month, there will still be a remaining balance.

“I’m not in a supported region”

Right now, this plan is only available in the US, Canada, UK, and Australia. We may expand to more regions in the future.

A Few Things to Keep in Mind

  • Your bill is reduced based on performance, not automatically free
  • A $0 bill is possible, but not guaranteed
  • Rokt Thanks must stay active for the offset to apply
  • Billing adjustments happen at the end of each billing cycle
  • Higher order volume generally leads to higher earnings
  • Not all orders will generate Rokt revenue, so results can vary
