Areas Supported by the Upcart Team
If an element does not display or function as intended out of the box, our team will provide support to correct the issue. Examples include:- Upsell images that appear stretched or compressed
- Overlapping text or buttons
- Layout issues that occur on specific screen sizes or devices
Areas Not Supported by the Upcart Team
If the cart is functioning as designed but modifications are desired to change its appearance or behavior, these requests are considered customizations and are not covered by support. Examples include:- Implementing one of our premade customization snippets
- Moving, hiding, or restyling elements
- Adding custom icons or additional text
- Repositioning features within the cart
Options for Customization Assistance
