# Aftersell 与 Okendo 评价集成

> 本文介绍如何为客户评价 widget 设置 Aftersell 与 Okendo Reviews 的集成。

Okendo 评价可自动与 Aftersell 配合，在 upsell 优惠上显示评价星级。要在客户评价（Testimonials）widget 中使用 Okendo 评价，你需要提供你的 User ID。

1. 从 Shopify 应用商店安装 [Okendo 应用](https://apps.shopify.com/okendo-reviews)
2. 在你的 Shopify 后台中，打开 Okendo 平台
3. 前往 `Settings > Integrations > Credentials`
4. 复制你的 **User ID**
5. 打开 Aftersell 应用，然后前往 `Settings > Product Reviews`
6. 在评价集成列表中选择 **Okendo**
7. 将你的 User ID 粘贴到 **Okendo User ID** 字段中
8. 点击 **Save changes**

集成到此完成。你现在可以在 Testimonials widget 中使用 Okendo 评价了。

  ## 同步评价

Aftersell 会从 Okendo 导入评价并进行存储，以便在客户评价 widget 中显示。

  **保存凭据本身不会触发导入。**每周自动同步只会覆盖那些拥有**已上线的 Testimonials widget** 的商店，且该 widget 的选择模式为 **Dynamic**、评价来源为 Okendo——可以位于 Checkout、感谢页面或购买后优惠中。在此类 widget 存在之前，请使用下方的 **Sync now** 手动导入。

一旦你拥有符合条件的 widget，Aftersell 会大约每周重新导入一次该商店的评价。

要立即导入评价：

1. 前往 `Settings > Product Reviews`
2. 找到 **Okendo reviews** 部分
3. 点击 **Sync now**

同步状态会显示评价上次导入的时间以及下次可同步的时间。
